William + Marlie :: San Juan Capistrano Engagement

I grew up just a couple blocks from Marlie and have known her since she was born! Her sister, Michele, and I have been best friends since childhood and I grew up with them as basically family. Its so hard to believe that Marlie is all grown up and getting married! If you've met William and Marlie together you would know - it just makes sense... they are so sweet together. It is so amazing to have known Marlie for so long and soon to be photographing her Wedding.

Marlie, I am so happy for you and William. You two are so perfect for each other.

It's always such a pleasure to photograph my friend's Engagements and Weddings, but I've got to say, it's also rather intimidating when your friends are photographers! Last Saturday started out with a massive head ache and butterflies in my stomach, but quickly turned to laughs, animal masks, and an awesome nature hike! Leon and Kat had chosen this location and met up and rode together. It was so beautiful and we had the whole area (practically) to ourselves. Leon and Kat are two wonderful people, and I am so happy for them. Congratulations friends!!

Ryan and Kate first met volunteering in Dana Point, helping rescue seals and make them healthy before sending them back into the wild. Their love for animals is as evident as their love for each other. It was no surprise that were joined by their precious dog Panda for part of their Engagement Session.

Ryan and Kate have a beautiful house in San Clemente overlooking the ocean. We decided to start our shoot there and then hit a few spots around their hometown. It was a beautiful day with a gorgeous couple and we had a blast. I’m so excited about this shoot I wanted to post these right away!
